A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to handle escalated technical support cases for their product.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical support issues via phone and email
Document and raise issues to the Development team, reproducing and troubleshooting problems
Investigate server alerts and collaborate with development to identify root causes and solutions
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in a technical support role
4-year college degree preferred
2 years of experience with enterprise Java preferred
1 year of experience with Linux server background preferred
Virtual Machine management experience is a plus
