A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support business operations and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Provide strategic advice to leadership on workforce planning and talent management
Lead and implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational change strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role
Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Master’s degree in a related field is preferred
