Hi Members, this is quite urgent as I have cancelled my fibre broadband service (ends 30 April) with Home-Connect due to a complete lack of service whenever the atrocious Frogfoot service is offline here.
In my case it was at least once every 2 months for 2 to 6 days at a time – often with no heads-up or response whatsoever from Home-Connect, and sometimes with sad excuses blaming Frogfoot after 3 days of…
