I feel like I am being held hostage by rain. I called the RAIN call centre and one of their agents agreed to escalate my request to cancel my subscription, but it turns out they were lying, they did not cancel my rain subscription. This is frustrating because I want out! This is the worst network provider in the country. They have disabled their cancel button on the RainGo app, so we’re literally at their mercy.
