So long story short friend installed solar – its a Deye system, worked great in Summer in winter he was hit with bizzare shadding took the daily production from 38kw to less than 24kw.
He asked me if I did any firmware updates I have a sunsynk and I said not recently and he said would it improve it I said unlikely.
He proceeded to do the Deye update select MPPT scanning today he had his second highest production day ALL YEAR.
Thats an almost 30-50% increase.
I am absolutely blown away…
