Cell C deceives consumers and exploits South Africans’ trust
The Advertising Regulatory Board (ARB) has ruled that Cell C’s network claims “exploit consumer knowledge and trust” and “deceive consumers”.
This ruling came after MTN complained that Cell C’s marketing campaign stated, “Now on SA’s Best Network”.
