OK…so not sure how accurate this article is….but when it comes to the comment of Telegram has ties to Russia…..either the journalist is lazy or the French government is retateded. Telegram is being cut off in Russia at the moment because they can’t control it. Therefore Russia launching its own app which must be installed on each phone sold going…
