Hey all, I’ve been an Afrihost customer for many years and currently also have a different fibre connection with them (over OpenServe) that doesn’t have any issues, however, I’m close to being done due to the poor support.
I’ve recently moved into a new apartment that had a pre-installed Cybersmart ONT. Since I’m a loyal Afrihost customer, I decided to not sign-up with Cybersmart and go with Afrihost instead. This is where it all started going wrong. The person assisting me via Whatsapp…
