My dad asked the company he works at for a new phone since its malfunctioning and they said they can’t and gave him another employee’s phone to use. The guy is no longer with the company etc
The phone has a screen lock password, I tried to reset it by using the volume and power buttons but it doesn’t restart in recovery mode. Also apparently it will still ask for the previous google account.
Is there some way to remove everything? And start fresh with this phone.
