Dr Anthony Turton says Gauteng’s “water-shedding” plan has a major flaw
A renowned water infrastructure expert has warned that one of the measures municipalities in Gauteng are using to bring the province’s water crisis under control risks mixing sewage with drinking water.
The deputy water and sanitation minister, David Mahlobo, recently announced that municipal water authorities in the province would implement water load-shifting.
