Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume role
Ability to source 100+ quality candidates per week while managing the full life cycle
Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to mid-level management positions
Global hiring experience is a huge plus
