A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentoring for the design organization, aligning with organizational objectives
Own multiple projects, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions
Drive the creation of prototypes and lead cross-functional design sprints and workshops
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Graphic Design, Human Factors, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
Experience as the sole or lead designer on projects
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro
Strong visual design skills demonstrated in a well-crafted portfolio
