A company is looking for an RCM Specialist, Client Access to support authorization management functions in the Revenue Cycle Management Department.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and manage authorizations from payers, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of expiration dates
Identify and resolve authorization issues by communicating with payer representatives
Collaborate with the Operations team to align schedules with authorization units and produce necessary reports
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or GED required
One (1) to two (2) years of experience in revenue cycle management or billing in the healthcare field
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and reliable with a strong commitment to confidentiality
