A company is looking for an Account Manager II – TPA.
Key Responsibilities
Manage proactive relationships with clients, advisors, and third-party administrators for retirement plans
Ensure client retention and satisfaction through exceptional customer service and effective communication
Oversee annual and operational activities related to assigned plans, ensuring compliance and timely administration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-4 years of relevant professional experience in defined contribution/financial services
Experience in client-facing roles related to plan administration, implementation, and compliance
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Professional certification such as ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA, or NIPA (APA) preferred or in progress
