The South African app making half a million rand per month from R1 parking fees
South African ticketless parking app Admyt has experienced substantial growth in 2025, collecting user fees of around half a million rand per month, despite charging a maximum of R1 per parking session.
Founded by Jordan Wainer and launched in 2016, Admyt uses automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) technology to automate parking at malls, office parks, and other locations with boom gates.
