Hi everyone,
I’m hoping to get some visibility and advice on what’s been an incredibly frustrating experience with Apple and iStore South Africa.
I purchased Apple AirPods Max from iStore Menlyn in late 2021. Just over 2 years later, the device has stopped working completely. I took it to the iStore and was told:
- They cannot repair it;
- There is no diagnostic process;
- Because it’s out of warranty, my only option is to buy a new one at full price (over R10,000)
