Last week Wednesday I had my blood pressure checked. Was perfect. Since then I’ve had a stressfull weekend with about 3 to 4 hours sleep a night for 5 days now and not eating properly.
Today I popped into the doc next door and asked him to check it, its now 130/90 so its shot up. So yeah, high blood pressure in one week 
He gave me a couple of suggestions to get it down, going for a walk in the evenings, sleep and eating etc so gonna work on it and check…
