I have a Citiq prepaid sub-meter which is fed from the municipal meter. The Citiq meter has credit on it (+-4kl) but is not allowing water to flow through it. It has been established with a plumber that the meter is faulty.

Called Citiq, they say the meter can be fixed but the callout fee starts from R1300. A new meter costs about R2500.

Has anyone come across this issue/ knows to DIY repair?
