Cape underworld figure Mark Lifman gunned down in George
Cape underworld figure and businessman Mark Lifman was shot dead in a parking lot at the Garden Route Mall in George on Sunday.
Several well-placed police sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed that Lifman had been killed.
Pictures of the scene circulating on social media platforms showed a body, covered in an emergency blanket, behind a police cordon line.
