A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage a portfolio of contracts and ensure compliance with government requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of contracts, monitor invoices and budgets, and mitigate cost overruns
Support Project Managers by providing guidance on contractual requirements and managing project start-up and close-out processes
Analyze, prepare, and negotiate various contractual agreements and develop strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Experience managing Government contracts and Subcontracts under FAR, DFAR, and other agency supplements
Experience preparing and finalizing contract documents and conducting negotiations
Experience performing contract closeouts and coordinating contractor performance evaluations
Proficient in using Contract Lifecycle Management tools and creating Excel spreadsheets
