A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Service to manage and mentor a customer service team while ensuring high-quality support and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day activities of team members
Conduct team huddles and handle escalated calls
Monitor quality issues and implement staff contests and recognition programs
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
3 years of experience in a customer service lead role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to act independently and as part of a team
Excellent team-building and employee relationship skills
