A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage the complete customer lifecycle and drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion selling, and renewals
Lead customer retention initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to support new customers
Develop expertise in e-commerce and provide insights to customers through data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
0-2 years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Success in digital media, e-commerce, or SaaS
Proven ability to manage and grow a substantial book of business
Experience with major retailers (e.g., Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart) is a plus
Project Management experience or skills are strongly desired
