Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via email and social channels

Maintain and update internal and external knowledge bases and documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer support experience
2+ years of experience supporting educational apps or software
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer management tools
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
