A company is looking for a Data Scientist Coach to provide guidance and support in the field of data science and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 coaching, feedback, and support through virtual sessions
Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance coaching skills
Engage with members via the platform for important life events outside of sessions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and team management
Passion for coaching with meaningful experience, formal or informal
Desire to develop coaching skills from people leadership experience
High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Commitment to a minimum of three to five hours per week for 12 months
