Bad news about DStv prices in South Africa
MultiChoice says it currently has no plans to reduce DStv subscription prices if it were to lose the 12 channels at risk due to its negotiations with Warner Bros. Discovery reaching a deadlock.
It has also confirmed that four channels, provided by Paramount through a partnership with CBS and AMC Networks, will leave the platform at the end of the year. This, too, would not impact prices.
