A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager responsible for employee relations, performance management, policy management, and absence management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of workplace issues
Review and process leaves and accommodations requests, ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or four years of relevant experience
5+ years of human resources experience, with a focus on HR compliance and employee relations
3+ years of leadership experience in managing people or projects
Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
