So, every year around march I get the same letter from FNB:
Titled “Review Your Personal Information”
I also get an SMS to say provide updated FICA to avoid your account being restricted.

Speaking to my private banker I am told this is “standard practice” and there is nothing she can do to assist.
Is it really?
Is every one here submitting FICA documents once a year?
Because everyone that I asked said they dont.
Is the only way forward for me to move to another bank?
