So I recently got a used imported electric motorcycle (originally from China) and now I have to get all the paperwork done. So this is a two part question.
First, I already have a full car driver’s license, do I need to do a completely separate motorcycle learner’s test as well?
Second, what steps can I take to get the bike registered since the original seller only had the documents from the dealership in China?
