South African homeowners with rooftop solar systems in golf estates should be aware of the risks involved with golf balls impacting their solar panels.
According to AWPower managing director Christiaan Hattingh, solar panels hit by golf balls are often damaged to the point that they need to be replaced, and replacing them isn’t always possible.
