A company is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to provide support and guidance on HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for complex HR inquiries and focus on case resolution
Conduct internal investigations and address employee relations issues
Support performance management and execute strategic HR initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or 4 years of HR generalist experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Business Partner, Advisor, Manager, or Generalist role
Working knowledge of HR disciplines and employment law
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Project management experience, including facilitating and coordinating groups
