Hi all, Female here so not that tech savvy and need advice. I have an alpha ess smile5-5kW inverter batteries.
I am on Eskom direct and want to try and go fully off grid. Current inverter is 5kW and batteries are 5,7kW
Currently this is working very well for me, but when there have been a few cloudy days, but with grid as backup to power batteries its been ok. I spend on average R300 a month on eskom.
Occasionally power trips when I have irrigation x 2 pumps going, dishwasher and daughter…
