I’d like to get the community’s perspective on a recent promotional email from Coolideas. I believe it’s a clear case of misleading advertising, and their response has been disappointing. I want to lay out the facts and see if I’m the only one who feels this way.

Coolideas sent out an email for their “Triple Up Promo” on the Octotel network. The section that caught my eye was this:
