My 12-month lease expires next year, and I’m about four months into it. The complex I’m staying has decided to install prepaid water meters. Landlord has not communicated this development to me. The agreement in the lease when I signed was the landlord would take care of water while I pay for the electricity.
What’s the best way to approach this without jeopardising the decent relationship I’ve had with the landlord since I started living in their place?
