A company is looking for a Lead, People Solutions to oversee HR/People Operations with a focus on Global Mobility and Employer of Record programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Global Mobility policies and processes
Act as the main contact for immigration and relocation cases, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Support various People Solutions programs and operations, including onboarding and offboarding
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations in a global organization
1+ years of experience in Global Mobility tasks, including immigration and relocations
Experience managing US-specific visa cases and international relocations
Proficient in Workday and experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred
