Hi, we sold a property a few years ago, and there was no COC (certificate of compliance) provided to the buyer on the day of transfer of ownership.
We have instructed the conveyancer to send people to do it on our behalf. prior transfer date and two weeks after the transfer, he forgot on both occasions.
