My car is due for it service now and I’m not sure whether it is major or minor. All the dealerships are giving me conflicting info.

I have a 2015 Mazda 3 with 85k km on the clock and it is due for it’s 10th annual service (150k km)
Any help? And what may I expect to pay in Jhb?
