Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound Medicare recipients to explore available plans and benefits
Gather information and assess caller interest in Medicare plans
Pre-qualify individuals and transfer qualified callers to licensed Medicare agents
Required Qualifications
Previous survey experience preferred
Must have a distraction-free, secure, and quiet workspace
Knowledge of Windows applications and typing skills are essential
Must pass a complete Felony and HIPAA background check
Must provide photo identification and a valid utility bill for residency verification
