A company is looking for a Supervisor, Direct to Consumer Sales (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of licensed agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Analyze performance data and conduct coaching sessions to enhance team performance
Handle escalated issues and develop Performance Improvement Plans as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License in good standing
3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Medicare
Experience in broker-style settings with high-risk accounts
Experience in upselling Medicare members in a PDP cross-selling
Experience in outbound sales call center infrastructure
