Double blow for South African motorists
Many South Africans travelling over December 2025 and early January 2026 will be paying more for trips along major routes than they did over the same holiday period a year ago.
That is despite the price of the most widely-used fuel — unleaded 95 petrol — being slightly lower this time around.
