I’m lying here , staring at the ceiling , wondering if there are any natural sleeping pills that works well. Two Allergex knocks me out cold , but don’t think the long-term use of it is good. Also makes me feel funny in the mornings until I’ve had about two cups of coffee.
I tried this FoodGrown Sleep Support but it gave me an anxiety attack/feeling that that turned my brain into a horror show. Felt like darkness has consumed my soul. STAY AWAY!
