NERSA ask court for new municipal electricity price hike deadlines
The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (Nersa) filed an urgent court application to review the timelines for municipal electricity tariff adjustments.
This follows the Northern Gauteng High Court imposing specific timelines on Nersa, Eskom, and all municipalities regarding electricity tariff adjustments.
