Netflix buying Warner Bros. Discovery
Netflix has announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery, including its film and television studios, as well as HBO Max and HBO.
News of the acquisition comes as MultiChoice notified customers on Monday that negotiations to renew a distribution agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery had deadlocked.
