North West paying R100 million a year for printing of matric exam papers
The North West province’s education department has been criticised for a contract that will see it paying roughly half a billion rand to print matric exam papers over the next five years, City Press reports.
According to insiders who spoke to the publication, the five-year contract with joint venture Lebone Altron DSV Consortium will cost R128 million annually.
