I had a maid cleaning the place for 6 hours on Monday and the owner seems to think the place is dirty.
So just wondering, is cleaning a house when you move out something I have to do or more of a courtesy?
Also some nails (maybe 5, not much) and double sided tapes on the wall he estimated that repair for R1500?
seems a bit high.
Unfortunately due to an injury I couldn’t be with his for the inspection.
