Hey Need some help, im with afrihost and initially had a 40 down and 10 up package, I upgraded to 100 down and 50 up package on june 2nd in the afrihost app and agreed to a pro rata amount, in the app it showed i now have the new package and it shows active however the speed remained max 40 down and 10 up when doing a speedtest, I contacted both vuma and afrihost but the blame is being passed around with no help-
