A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Representative to enhance customer relationships and manage insurance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and build rapport with customers
Educate and advise customers on insurance coverage options and products
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and recommend improvements to internal tools and processes
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance
Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn about insurance products and technology
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
