A company is looking for a Principal Technical Product Owner in Pharmacovigilance Reporting & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end service delivery, drive transformation, and shape the roadmap and strategy for enhancing data analytics and reporting initiatives
Manage product team and CWs, oversee financial management, and architect solutions for quality decision-making
Mentor and nurture a dedicated team, participate in multi-functional initiatives, and prioritize process improvement and innovation
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s degree, or High school diploma with relevant experience in Information Systems
10+ years of IT Industry work experience in Health & Life Sciences and 5+ years of domain knowledge in Pharmacovigilance process and systems
Experience in managing and building product teams, working with C-level executives, and utilizing reporting platforms such as Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire
Knowledge of ETL technologies, database programming languages, cloud solutions, and Agile product development
High learning agility, problem-solving skills, and a passion for data analytics and empowering organizations through data
