On Sunday, 23 February 2025, I bought a new Superdata 200GB bundle from my ABSA app.
I had an existing 200GB Superdata bundle that expires on 6 March 2025 with around 49GB left on it.
When I checked the balance I noticed that the data from new 200GB bundle had been added to the old bundle.
I also noticed that the expiry date for this combined bundle was still 6 March.
Don’t have an MTN phone sim to call from. Need help, please.
