A company is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to support product management operations and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate reports and track key performance metrics within the product management tool
Oversee the Knowledge Management Framework and maintain knowledge architecture
Monitor and ensure adherence to critical processes and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years’ experience in product management, operations, or related roles
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Aha! Product Management Software
Experience using Microsoft O365 SharePoint for information management
