Purchased a Samsung tablet through Amazon.com around the end of 2024. A few weeks ago the screen started to give issues, until it got to the point the only way to turn it on was to soft reboot it. Eventually, it would just turn itself off. After trying some recommended DIY repairs, I managed to at least do a factory reset, but no luck in fixing it, so it’s clearly a hardware issue.
Reached out to Samsung and they recommended these guys:
